Independence Day on Whidbey Island!

Two hundred and forty-two years ago, our founding fathers declared their combined colonies an independent nation by adopting the Declaration of Independence. We celebrate the fourth of July as the glorious birth of our beautiful country, and display our patriotism annually "from sea to shining sea". Summer is already the perfect time for a family vacation, so why not combine the season and the celebration and join us on Whidbey Island for a patriotic party! There are three major events for the 4th of July on Whidbey Island, so peruse the list below to discover what might float your boat all the way to the great northwest!
